New repository for Residual Entropy code

I recently completed a first version of a paper entitled Residual Entropy, about how I think it might be possible to improve model fitting by considering the entropy of distributions of residuals in the loss function...

It's something I've been thinking about for a long time!

I'm getting everything prepped to publish the preprint on arxiv soon.  The code used to run the simulations and make all the plots in that paper is available at the new github page https://github.com/barnabytprowe/residual-entropy
